ABOUT COORDIUS

The Coordinating Genius.

Credible experts and skilled creators deserve a better way to find, evaluate, and work with one another.

Our Mission

To help credible experts, creators, and organizations find, evaluate, and work with one another with greater confidence.

Coordius brings trust, professional context, and coordination into the relationships that make better stories possible. The company exists to help trusted professionals discover, evaluate, coordinate, and work together.

Our Vision

Coordius is building trust infrastructure for human expertise and creation.

The initial marketplace connects experts and creators. The system beneath it is trust logistics, organizing the information, evidence, reputation, availability, behavior, and relationships people need to confidently choose one another. Over time, those interactions create compounding professional trust intelligence that makes future decisions better.

Our long-term outcome is simple:

Better professional relationships produce better stories.

OUR LONG-TERM DIRECTION

Our Future

Coordius begins with trust.

Phase 1

Trust and Marketplace

Experts and creators find one another, evaluate fit, verify credibility, and book with greater confidence. Verification, reputation, booking behavior, and post-interview feedback compound into proprietary performance intelligence.

Phase 2

Creation and Collaboration

Coordius expands beyond expert discovery into a broader network of the professionals who help stories get made, including producers, researchers, editors, photographers, videographers, fact-checkers, publicists, and other specialists.

Then the platform adds workflow, research, briefing, collaboration tools, and an optional Coordius AI Co-Producer layer to help those professionals work together more effectively.

Phase 3

Distribution

Coordius can create a distribution layer for selected work from the ecosystem, including current affairs, documentaries, live and video podcasts, expert-led programming, creator series, specials, and educational programming. Distribution infrastructure may be provided through partners.

Phase 4

Coordius Originals

Accumulated trust, performance, collaboration, audience, and programming intelligence can help identify projects Coordius should develop or commission itself. This is the studio layer, including documentaries, series, podcasts, specials, digital formats, and future media forms.

The long-range goal is to give independent media professionals more of the capabilities of a media company without requiring them to belong to one. Coordius can become the system that finds, trusts, connects, enables, distributes, and eventually invests in the people who create.

WHAT GUIDES US

Our Guiding Principles

Trust is infrastructure.

Trust should be grounded in evidence, including identity, credentials, professional history, platform behavior, completed interactions, and reputation.

Trust must work both ways.

Creators should be able to evaluate experts. Experts should be able to evaluate creators. The two-sided trust layer is core to Coordius from day one.

Search should prioritize relevance.

Coordius is designed to surface verified relevance rather than popularity.

Reputation should compound.

Every successful interview, reliable response, verified credential, and professional interaction should make the network more useful over time.

Technology should support human judgment.

AI can support the humans operating inside Coordius. Human expertise, editorial judgment, trust, and professional relationships remain central to the company.

Coordius should strengthen the people already doing the work.

The company is designed to support creators, experts, organizations, and the professionals behind great storytelling.

No more unnecessary gatekeepers.

The long-range vision is to help credible people find one another, trust one another, create together, distribute their work, and eventually greenlight themselves, while maintaining standards around trust, quality, reliability, and audience response.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Built by someone who lives the problem.

Deanna Fry is an Emmy and Peabody Award-winning television news producer with more than 20 years of experience finding experts, vetting sources, shaping interviews, and producing stories for local and national television. She currently works at CNN, previously served as a senior producer at CBS, and was co-creator and showrunner of BET’s America in Black.

Coordius grew out of a problem she has faced thousands of times in newsrooms:

I know the conversation I want to have. How do I find the right person to have it with, and know I can trust them?

Finding a name has never been the hardest part. The harder questions come next. Is this person credible? Are their credentials real? Can they communicate clearly? Will they respond under deadline? Are they prepared for the interview? Would another producer book them again?

Those decisions have traditionally lived in the experience, relationships, and institutional knowledge of people working behind the scenes in media. Coordius is designed to bring more of that judgment into one place.

Deanna’s decades of editorial experience helped shape the platform’s approach to verification, media readiness, professional reputation, and trust. The Media Readiness Score™ grew from the same questions producers ask every day when deciding who belongs in a conversation.

Coordius now extends that thinking across a two-sided professional network, helping creators find credible experts and helping experts reach the journalists, podcasters, and creators whose work aligns with what they know.

Great stories begin with the right people. Coordius is building a better way for them to find and trust one another.
